End User License Agreement (EULA)

Trinze Mobile Application

1. Grant of License

Trinze Global Ltd ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Trinze mobile application strictly for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Terms of Service.

2. Hardware & Sensor Access Requirements

The App requires access to your device's Gyroscope, Accelerometer, and Touch interfaces to operate the Bio-Kinetic Fraud Engine. By installing the App, you consent to these hardware integrations.

3. Strict Prohibitions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • Use auto-clickers, emulators, or scripted bots to interact with the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or the mathematical logic of our proprietary Yield Calibration Algorithms and Probability Matrices.
  • Run the App on a rack-mounted device or within a device farm environment.
  • Modify, decrypt, or create derivative works based on the App's security architecture.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including the Trinze trademark, the Cognitive Attention Interface UI, and the server-side algorithms, remain the exclusive property of Trinze Global Ltd.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Trinze. Trinze may terminate this license immediately and without notice if you breach any of the Prohibitions listed in Section 3, resulting in the forfeiture of your account and any pending balances.
