By accessing the Trinze Cognitive Attention Interface (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Trinze Global Ltd (UK).
Trinze is a gamified digital work platform for human-in-the-loop (HITL) data verification. It is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service. Participation requires no capital deposits. Earnings are based strictly on cognitive effort, sustained attention, and verified human interaction.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the monetized features of the Platform. Users in the United Kingdom must possess the legal Right to Work as an independent contractor to participate in localized tasks.
Users earn Trinze Points (TP) for completing tasks. TP is a closed-loop internal metric and holds no cash value outside the Platform. Trinze reserves the right to adjust TP-to-fiat conversion rates dynamically based on market supply.
Fraudulent activity compromises the integrity of our data and will not be tolerated. Trinze employs automated, real-time fraud detection protocols. Any attempt to manipulate the platform using auto-clickers, scripts, emulators, or device-farming techniques constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Trinze reserves the right to apply immediate sanctions at its sole discretion, without prior warning. These sanctions may include, but are not limited to: the voiding of session earnings, temporary account locks, resource limitation protocols (shadow-banning), or permanent account termination. In the event of account termination due to fraudulent activity, all accumulated Trinze Points (TP) and pending fiat balances will be permanently forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
