1. Who We Are

Trinze Global Ltd is a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 16882861), with its registered office at 230, Phoenix Place, Dartford DA1 2XD. We act as the Data Controller. Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted at Dotun@trinze.com. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 (NDPR).

2. The Data We Collect

  • Identity & Contact Data: Legal name, email, and phone number (for multi-factor authentication).
  • Financial Data: Bank Account Number, Sort Code (UK), or NUBAN (Nigeria). Processed securely via Revolut Business, Wise, Monnify, or Paystack APIs.
  • Bio-Kinetic & Sensor Data: Gyroscope, accelerometer, and touch cadence telemetry. This is processed strictly for real-time "Proof of Humanity" verification.
  • Device Data: IP Address, Device Model, and OS Version.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to fulfill our contract with you (processing tasks and payouts), for legal compliance (tax and KYC regulations), and under our legitimate interest to prevent ad-fraud and maintain platform integrity.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share pseudonymized data strictly for operational purposes with:

  • Ad Networks: IronSource, AdGem, TheoremReach, RapidoReach (for survey matching).
  • Treasury & Payouts: Trinze Inc. (US), Monnify, Wise, Revolut, Paystack.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS London (eu-west-2).

5. International Transfers & Data Retention

All sensitive data is stored securely on AWS London. Our Nigerian subsidiary (Trinze Limited) accesses data strictly for local support and payouts under a binding Data Processing Agreement. We retain financial records for 6 years (UK Tax Law). Raw biometric logs are deleted after 30 days.
